To elevate the in-store experience in key markets, Cartier collaborated with Thibault Mathieu's team at Wilkins Avenue AR to launch a world-first Apple Vision Pro retail activation, offering customers a seamless and emotionally rich introduction to the brand’s iconic timepieces.
Inside Cartier flagship stores, select clients were invited to wear the Apple Vision Pro to discover a photorealistic, interactive 3D model of a Cartier watch. While immersed in the experience, a Sales Advisor used a dedicated iPad interface to control the watch’s presentation in real time — switching models, highlighting features, and orchestrating the interaction with precision.
This dual-interface system was built on proprietary technology, enabling full control of the Vision Pro without the need for the client to navigate menus — creating a premium, guided, and frictionless user experience aligned with Cartier’s luxury standards.
Deployed in Cartier's Flagship Store in China, the experience redefined what high-end retail engagement can look like in the age of spatial computing — bridging craftsmanship and innovation in a uniquely personalized encounter.
